| BJP Jammu West organizes intellectuals' seminar on CAA | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 22: BJP Unit of Jammu West organized an intellectual's seminar on CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) at Baby Caterers, Bakshi Nagar area of the Assembly segment. The program was mainly addressed by MP Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas and Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA).
The program was organized under the leadership of District President Munish Khajuria. Hundreds of people participated in the Sammelan including people from Muslim community, Presidents and teams of various Sabhas, BJP activists, Senior leaders of the party and all elected Corporators from various areas of Jammu West. Speaking on the occasion, Shamsher Singh Manhas lambasted the callous approach of Congress and other opposition parties and said that opposition is only trying to spread lies and hatred amongst the masses and everything they are doing is only deteriorating the peace and harmony amongst all religions. He stated that the false agenda spread by Congress against CAA will not bear any results and today people have also realized that only Central Government under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi is capable to bring such revolutionary reforms which will take our nation to global heights. Shamsher exhorted party activists to reach out to masses at grass root level and make them aware about the false propaganda spreaded by Congress and its partners which is very dangerous for cordial atmosphere of our country |
