| JK ST/SC/OBC Development Corporation Ltd organizes awareness camp | | |
RAJOURI, DECEMBER 23: Jammu and Kashmir SC/ST/OBC Development Corporation Rajouri in collaboration with NSCFDC New Delhi organised an awareness camp at Lam, Tehsil Qila Darhal.
General Manager G.Q Khattana, District Manager Qayoom Chouhan, concerned officers, Sarpanchs and Panches of the area besides large number of local people were present during the awareness camp.
During the camp, the speakers gave detailed knowledge about different schemes of the corporation for the economic and social upliftment of SC/ ST and OBC community. They informed them about the loans and other schemes which are primarily meant to raise the per capita income of the target group which will further ameliorate the living conditions.
They also apprised that Corporation offers soft loans at very nominal rate of interest so that poor people and educated unemployed youth can start up their own income generating units and improve their economic condition. He also appealed to the public to avail the benefit of the schemes. |
