JAMMU, Dec 31: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) accorded warm send off to Bashir Ahmad Shah, AIG, in a function organized at ACB Hqrs Director ACB.
Director ACB, Anand Jain, who presided over the function, while speaking on the occasion recalled the services rendered by officer. He said that the retiring officer was very committed towards his duties and his contribution in different capacities towards the police department is memorable. He added that the officer has worked with dedication throughout his career.
The officers of ACB also highlighted his achievements. The Director wished him health and blissful post retirement life.
Bashir Ahmad, during his 37 years of Police services, remained posted on various important/key posts which included PA to DGP J&K, PS to Director State Vigilance Organization, DySP(Trgs) PHQ, Administrative Officer PHQ, AIG(Trg/Administration) PHQ, Staff Officer to IGP Crime J&K, AIG (Administration) SVO/ ACB J&K. He was also awarded President's Police Medal for Meritorious Service, Sher-i-Kashmir Police Medal for meritorious Services and DGP Medal. |
