No additional charge levied for Road Accident Victim Fund 1/10/2020 9:26:27 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 10: Transport Department on today clarified that the 0.5 percent of the cost of vehicle that would be charged as a onetime contribution towards the Road Accident Victim Fund would be deducted from the existing 9% Road Tax being charged from vehicle owners.
