JAMMU, Jan 14: First National Lok Adalat for the year 2020 has been scheduled to be held on 08/02/2020, in the District Court Complex Janipur, Jammu under the Chairmanship of Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Jammu R.K Wattal. In this regard, all the concerned including Advocates, Govt. Departments, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, Litigants who are desirous of getting their Pre-litigation and Post–litigation/Pending Cases to be settled amicably in the National Lok Adalat through Reconciliation/Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are asked to furnish the particulars of their cases in the office of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jammu on or before 01/02/2020 so that the cases can be listed in the ensuing National Lok Adalat.
