Ramban, Jan 14: Police claimed to have arrested a drug peddler and recovered 800 grams of charas from his possession.
According to press release, during patrolling, police arrested one suspected person, who on seeing the police patrolling party near Middle School Batyari, Ramban started fleeing from the spot, but was nabbed. During search 800 grams of charas was recovered. He has been identified as Kewal Singh son of Angrez Singh resident of Gam, Ramban.
