Udhampur, Jan 30: Class 11th students organized a Farewell Party for their immediate seniors of Class 12th at the premises of AOC Hr Sec School, Subash Nagar Udhampur.
The function was very smartly organized by the talented students of Class 11th to lighten the exam pressure of the students of Class 12th and extend wishes for their great Future. Deputy Head Girl Suneha along with Deputy Headboy Kapil started off the function with lightening of the lamp by the Principal Mrs Kiran Bala, Special Guest RJ Shwetima, School Coordinator Mrs Pamella along with Head Girl Shruti and Head Boy Koushalof the school. The students of 11th organized many Fun-Games, presented Cultural Items, etc. Titles were presented depicting the personalities of the senior students, and others had to guess, to whom that title belongs. A Contest was organized to choose Mr & Ms AOC which comprised of 4 rounds which were Modeling, Display Your Talent, Current Affairs and Judge’s Questions.
Sachin Thakur and Ambika got the Mr & Ms Best Personality award which was decided keeping into consideration their overall personality throughout the year and Mr Anurag Jamwal and Ms Eknoor Kaur were crowned as Mr & Ms AOC which they truly deserved being the most Disciplined and multifaceted students of the school.
The Principal of AOC Hr. Sec. School Mrs Kiran Bala motivated the students for staying dedicated and studying hard without worrying much about the results as she mentioned, ”Success will come your way, just stay focused, follow your heart and the instructions of your parents and teachers.”
The special guest of the event, Ms Shwetima Jamwal, RJ Radio Mirchi 98.3 Jammu, who also happens to be an Alumni of the school, while addressing the audience, mentioned that wherever you go and reach in your Life, your school remains the most important part.
