Deputation of BMS calls on PF Commissioner, highlights issues | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 4: A deputation of security guards and other employees union led by Ashok Choudhary General Secretary Bhartiya Mazdoor Sang (BMS) along with Harbans Choudhary, Sachin Bali, Karan Singh Chouni Lal and Inderjit Singh president of Security Guard and employees union met with the Provident Fund Commissioner and Regional P.F Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir and apprised them about the problem being faced by the subscribers and small employers . During interaction, it was brought in to the notice of the officials that since J&K PF Organisation has been merged with the EPFO but option should be given to the subscribers those who opt for pension scheme 1995 and are willing to surrender their previous employer share for eligibility criteria for getting pension. it was also brought in to the notice of commissioner that there is looting in the PF offices Samba and Jammu as cases are settled on fixation of gratification and those who fail to do so their cases are kept pending even after sanction of their cases and demanded that ACPF be given directions that they should forward the withdrawal cases daily basis to concerned dealing assistants and must submit their daily report to higher officials. There is mess in uploading the previous data on the portal and those who are responsible for updating the data on portal are not serious and small employers are being faces hardship as PF office not cooperate them seriously. |
