| MA to host two day climbing championship | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 15: Mountaineering Association of J&K is going to host two day 2nd National Sport Climbing Championship for visually challenged climbers from 23rd to 24th March at Sprawling Buds ICSE School, Bantalab.
Chairman, National Sport Climbing Committee, Col. J S Dhillon visited Sprawling Buds ICSE School, Jammu, the venue of the competition to inspect the climbing infrastructure and necessary allied facilities available at the School for the conduct of a national competition.
He also promised to provide some technical equipment and technical officials from Indian Mountaineering Foundation for the efficient and smooth conduct of this competition.
He also congratulated Mountaineering Association of J&K for excellent performance of J&K climbers in the national and international competitions and producing the top ranked national climber & international medalist Shivani Charak and 2nd and 3rd ranked climbers in the Boys category Ajay Deep Singh and Arun Deep Singh. |
