Militants lob grenade at Pulwama police station, no casualties | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Feb 15: A grenade was lobbed by suspected militants on Pulwama police station on Saturday. No casualty has been reported after the grenade exploded. The grenade exploded on a road near the Pulwama police station and no damage was reported. Earlier in the month, two security force jawans and seven civilians were injured in a grenade attack by militants on Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel in Lal Chowk area of the city on February 2. The militants hurled a grenade on the CRPF personnel posted on duty near Pratap Park in busy Lal Chowk area of the city. The nine injured persons were shifted to a hospital, he said. The loud explosion caused panic among the people, especially those who had come to the weekly flea market, also known as Sunday market. |
