3/20/2020 8:17:27 PM
Early Times Report
DODA, Mar 20: Concern is mounting over the deteriorating condition of link road of Chiralla-Sunarthawa of Doda district, about 22 from Doda headquarter.
In a detail report, Chiralla Sunarthawa circular road that connects more than 25 thousands people of Tehsil Chiralla with rest of District Doda is continuously in worse condition particularly after snowfall since many years. Road is under construction in 2nd stage i.e metalling process almost completed but unfortunately it seems like incompletion of first stage. The injustice with this road has been done from starting particularly in grading of this road. Now the same scam has been done in metalling stage that witnesses after observing the condition of road when snow melting exposes it's metalling material.
A big quistion mark for concern Junior Engineer and Assiatant Executive Enjgneer of PMGSY of this road who passed it to withdraw bills of contractor. Public of Tehsil Chiralla are facing serious problems in traveling on this road and their lives are on risk as this road seems prone to accidents.
Public of Chiralla in general are requesting Leftineuent Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory administration particularly, District Development Commissioner Doda to enquire the matter and direct the concern department, PMGSY for immediate recovery of this worse condition of Chiralla-Sunarthawa road, so that public can travel safely on this road.
