BSNL High Speed Fiber proves damp squib in Mendhar

MENDHAR, Mar 20: Bhartiya Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) which claimed that it is bringing a gift to its customers if high speed fiber but this claim seems to be a flop of the Border town Mendhar Area. The tender was awarded to a private contractor from the company, who has installed more than 100 connections in Mendhar town so far, the security fee for a connection is Rs 5000 and a monthly plan of Rs 1500, but users are getting promised service.
Customers are facing a lot of problems due to breakdown in the Fiber service of the Bhartiya Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Mendhar sub division of Poonch district. Local said that people brought the problem of poor connectivity into the notice of BSNL authorities but no action was taken to provide relief to its subscribers.
To express anguish over the poor connectivity of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) especially High Speed Internet Fiber subscribers mostly businessmen of area has criticized the authorities for their pathetic attitude for not providing better services. A local residents of Mendhar Rajesh Shawney, Ghulam Murtaza and other said that we are suffering huge losses due to careless attitude of BSNL authorities they added. They said that people brought the problem of poor connectivity into the notice of BSNL authorities but no action was taken to provide relief to its subscribers. They alleged that due to poor Fiber internet services of the BSNL, people are suffering. The concerned authorities are least bothered about the plight of the consumers while inflated bills are served them every month.
