Jammu, Mar 20: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has advised all 22 District presidents in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh to hold Foundation Day meetings in their own way in district level wherever it is convenient to do and remind all Panthers Party volunteers and its well-wishers about the Panthers Party and its achievements. In his communication, the Chief Patron, conveyed District Presidents and District Committees that it shall not be convenient for district leadership to reach party Headquarters at Jammu because of the terror created by Coronavirus. He advised the District Committees to hold indoor meetings on the 39th Foundation of the Panthers Party which was founded on March 23, 1982 after he resigned from the Congress party and its MLA ship in J&K with a mission to ensure justice, equity, social security and application of all fundamental rights to the residents of J&K which were not applicable to them. Prof. Bhim Singh discussed this matter with the JKNPP Chairman, Harsh Dev Singh and the President Balwant Singh Mankotia. He also discussed with several senior leaders of the party including Vice Presidents Messrs P.K. Ganju, Masood Andrabi & Mohd. Iqbal Choudhary, General Secretaries Ms. Anita Thakur, Yash Paul Kundal, Adv. Bansi Lal Sharma & Legal Advisor and others. It was unanimously agreed that Foundation Day of the Panthers Party shall be celebrated at every district and at the Headquarters in Jammu and Srinagar on 23rd March.
