POONCH, Apr 13: A police team was attacked by some miscreants in Bedar area of tehsil Mandi in district Poonch today.
The police team came under attack executed by few mischievous elements when it was on routine duty.
Some of the team members got injured in the assault.
SHO Mandi said that a case has been registered against the culprits in this connection under case FIR no 29/2020 under section 188, 269, 270, 353, 332 of IPC at Police Station Mandi and the enquiry has been initiated. Meanwhile, the civil society members of Mandi and adjoining areas have condemned the incident and demanded stern action against the culprits.
