Jammu, Apr 27: Through an application moved in the Police Station City Jammu by Advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Department Pradesh Congress Committee, J&K, requested the Police to Lodge a FIR against Arnab Goswami.
He stated that TV anchor, who is also a MD and editor-in-Chief of a national TV channel, tried to make a gap between Hindu Muslim in India with a Malafied Intention to create communal riots in the Country. The application was moved with a request to lodge FIR U/S 117, 120B, 153A, 295A, 298A, 500, 504, 505, and 506 of Indian Penal code.
Advocate Dogra said “peoples like Arnab Goswami is a slur and blot in the name of Journalism, whose main motive always remained division in the country”, he added that his news on Palghar Mob Lynching was totally on communal lines, and he also used derogatory, malicious and abusive language against respectable leader of All India Congress Committee, Sonia Gandhi, whose family has sacrificed their lives for the nation shall never be forgotten by the Country. |
