RAMBAN, Apr 29: The JKP Volunteers Group for COVID-19 Crisis led by a social activist, Rashid Malik under the supervision of SHO, Batote, Inspector, Niaz Ahmed Malik and under the patronage of SSP,Ramban Haseeb-ur-Rehman today honoured the local Corona Warriors,distributed masks and sanitisers besides held an awareness demonstration on hand washing and method of using sanitisers Batote bazar. The front-line workers who were honoured today for engaging in the prevention of Covid-19 spread included BMO, Batote, Dr.Shakeel Ahmed Sumbria, President, Municipal Committee (MC), Batote, Ravinder Singh, MC Vice President, Kewal Krishan, cops of Batote Police Station, Sweepers of MC and staff of Batote hospital.
On the occasion, besides distributing masks and sanitisers to the passersby BMO, Batote, Dr.Shakeel Ahmed Sumbria held a public demonstration for proper method of hand washing and using a sanitiser.He also educated them on the do’s and don’ts to prevent Covid-19. |
