Jammu, May 12 : Police on Tuesday seized Rs 500 denomination notes which were scattered on the road in Bakshi Nagar area here. “Some locals informed about Rs 500 Indian Currency notes when they found them scattered in the road,” police sources said.
They added that police team from Police Station Bakshi Nagar immediately swung into action and seized the notes. “The matter is being investigated and more details are awaited,” said police. |
