J&K BJP’s prez files police complaint against fake news circulated on his name | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 25: Ravinder Raina, President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir today filed a police complaint against a fake news circulated on the social media platform. Fake news alleged that Ravinder Raina, warns Afghan Taliban, but it is framed in a way that it clearly aims to disrupt communal peace and harmony. Raina, out rightly rejected the News that has been publicized on the account on social media and said that the news has been published with total malicious intentions against him. Raina, said that the news has deliberately tried to damage the interests of Nation as well as the news has included a well thought communal angle which has been circulated to propagate communal hatred and enemity. He also said that the publishers of the fake news are even not aware of his (Ravinder Raina’s) real position as they have designated him as National Spokesperson and they have just used his name for misleading the gullible. This clearly shows that the news has been circulated with a broader aspect to damage the image of BJP as well as the Nation and stimulate the anti-National forces for various subversive acts against the unity in the Nation and the Society, Raina stressed.
