All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association demands regularization of Incharge cadre officials

JAMMU, May 26: A meeting of All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association held in Jammu under the presidentship of Dr P P Raina wherein all the executive committee members and others attended through Video Conferencing.
All the members expressed satisfaction on the working of the Association while appreciating its role in highlighting the important issues confronting the Plus 2 Cadre.
The Association demanded regularization of all Incharge cadre officers from Lecturers to Joint Directors level who are waiting for it while it also sought placement of Sr Lecturers as ZEOs and equivalents.
The Association appealed the Principal Secretary School Education Department to fill all the vacant posts of ZEOs out of 1500 Sr Lecturers as both are equivalent posts but the seniority will be intact for further promotion as Principals,.
Association demanded provision of non-vacation status of Principals and in favour of the staff engaged in summer and winter vacations including Lecturers as well.
The Association appealed to the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary JK UT to save Plus 2 PSC Lecturers of School Education Department from chains of SRO 202 at an earliest.
The members who took part in video conferencing included senior vice presidents Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Sanjew Kumar Pandita (Edu), Narinder Kumar Sharma, General Secretaries Sanjeev Kumar, Kapil Banotra, Prem Pal Verma, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta and several others.
