| 1st Int’l Poomsae Lover Club Invitational Online Championship | | J&K Taekwondo team brings laurels, bags 16 medals | |

JAMMU, June 27: Players from Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association, who participated in 1st International Poomsae Lover Club Invitational Online Championship organized by Poomsae Lovers Club China, have won 3 gold, 3 silver and 10 bronze medals in the event.
Players from 22 countries participated in the championship .The players from J&K displayed their extraordinary talent and brought laurels to J&K Union territory. The event was supported by Kwon Taekwondo.
While speaking on the occasion, D N Pangotra, president J&K Taekwondo Association congratulated the medal winners and said the pandemic caused by Covid-19 has brought unprecedented changes in the sporting world. This would impact the methods of training, promoting and organizing Taekwondo events, he added.
