Jammu, June 30: The Department of English of GGM Science College organized a short story writing competition under the patronage of Principal Dr. Kaushal Smotra on the theme “ Inspiring stories of survival, courage and heroism during the pandemic Covid-19 on 26th of June 2020. The event was judged by Prof. Geetanjali Multani HOD, English GCW Parade College and Prof. Anjali Mahajan HOD, English GDC Nagrota . A large number of students of various colleges participated in competition . The first position was bagged by Meher Fatima (GCW Parade College, Jammu) and second Position was bagged by Rumeeta Sharma (GGM Sc. College, Jammu), while the 3rd Position was shared by Rishab Raina (B.Sc. Maths Hons.) and Mansi Gupta (SPMR college of Commerce, Jammu). The event was coordinated by Dr. Vandana Khajuria, HOD English. |
