| 81 persons fined for not wearing face masks | | | Early Times Report
Samba, July 17: Continuing its drive against the persons for not wearing face masks in violation of order issued by DM Samba , Samba Police in its second consecutive day booked 81 persons & imposed fine of Rs 500/- on each of them for not wearing masks in public places.
Acting tough against the violators, Samba Police today imposed fine on 81 persons across the district who were in the public places without wearing face masks, violating the relaxation conditions given by the District Administration. The wearing of face masks has been made mandatory for the general public as well as Government employees in district Samba as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID 19.
Samba Police appeals to its citizens to wear mask, strict to all the precautionary measures and follow all relaxation conditions to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
