JKBOA appeals staff to maintain COVID guidelines | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 18: A meeting of Jammu & Kashmir Bank Officers Association (JKBOA) held here today under the chairmanship of its Jammu unit president Anil Kumar Sharma. The meeting discussed the issues related to unlock down, where in a number of queries were raised with regard to increased foot fall in branches of the bank. Addressing the meeting, Sharma said that in the present prevailing unfavorable conditions due to the outbreak of Covid Pandemic, our work force like a true warrior has not missed a single opportunity to serve our society. The human capital of our bank is the force behind this dedication. We at JK Bank start our day with the commitment that not a single customer of ours who enters our branch premises is returned without being attended and addressed. For want of procedural compliance we can be late but it is never. JKBOA Jammu is worried and concerned with regard to the health of our colleagues working in the present odd circumstances. The Bank has issued various circulars with regard to SOPs and we appeal to all our colleagues to follow these circulars and the guidelines issued by the MHA Govt of India, the UT Govt. of Jammu& Kashmir and the respective District Administrations without falling to any kind of rumors in the market. The Battle with the Covid is a long time war and we have to learn and adopt the art of living with it. Prevention is better than any other vaccine and till the availability of the same we have to stick to the basics, the same principals followed during Lockdown have to be repeated and adopted in our daily life at our work place/branches, to support the return to normalcy. |
