Srinagar, Aug 10: Suspected militants on Monday evening made an abortive bid with a hand grenade on the house of a Panch affiliated with the PDP in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Sources said the militants hurled the grenade at the house of Panch Bupinder Singh. However, the device exploded outside his house without causing any harm to life or property, they said.
A police officer confirmed the attack saying that investigation has been started into the incident. “There was no damage to either life or properly,” the officer added. |
