Jammu, Aug 10: Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association (ReKTA) has appealed the Union Territory administration to look into their demands and addressed them without any further delay. “Around 3000 Rehber-e-Khel teachers were appointed 18 month back but have been paid only Rs. 100 per day, which was grave injustice with the highly qualified youth, who have BP.Ed, MP.Ed, Ph.D as their qualifications”, the Association press release reads, adding that they felt discriminated. “These teachers though under paid are among the frontline worriers who are fighting with this pandemic day out and day in. They are being deputed in different quarantine centres across the J&k UT”, the press release adds and appealed the government to look into the matter and solved their long pending grievances. |
