Jammu, Aug 10: Bhartiya Janta Party Mahila Morcha today started plantation campaign at village Majua Utmi and planted over 100 saplings in government schools and village.
The campaign was led by district president Mahila Morcha R S Pura Praveen Kumari. Speaking on the occasion, Kumari said that with each passing day the environment is getting polluted and to reduce the same more and more trees should be planed.
Taking this in mind, we have decided to plant 5000 plants under the mission and people will also be motivated to plant saplings, she said. |
