JAMMU, Aug 21: Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out preventive maintenance alongwith rectification of hot spots to maintain smooth power supply, the shutdown of 132 KV CSTL between Batote-Ramban section is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to 132/33 KV Grid Station Chanderkote of BHEP will remain affected on August 22 from 8 am to 12 noon.
Meanwhile, for stringing of 132KV D/C Gladni-Nagrota Transmission Line, the shutdown of 132KV S/C Gladni-Kalakote Transmission Line alongwith 33KV feeders- G6 & G9 is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to the areas fed from 132/33 KV Grid Station Akhnoor and Kalakote, Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Chowadi, Marble, Market, MES Sunjwan, Raddison Blue, Thonthly, Bjarath, Sheetli and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 22 from 7 am to 11 am.
However, for upgradation of 4-lane of Jammu-Akhnoor National Highway, the shutdown of 11KV GS-3 feeder & 11KV Domana feeder & 33KV Akhnoor-Pargwal Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Dumi, Thathi, Sobka, Sua No. 1, Pargwal, Channi Tanna, Rajpura, Bhalwal Bharat, Dhalwal Miulu, Hamipurkona, BSF and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 22 from 7 am to 11 am. Similarly, for urgent maintenance works and branch cutting at various points, the shutdown of 33KV GG3 and GG2 line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Industrial Estate Digiana, Sanjay Nagar, Jeevan Nagar, Maha Kali Nagar, Ajit Nagar, Trikuta Nagar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 23 from 7 am to 10 am.
Likewise, for erection of poles, the shutdown of 33 KV PC-4line is being observed. During the shutdown, the power supply to Lalle-Da-Bagh, Lower Muthi, Lakshmi Vihar, Balwant Vihar, Udheywala, Anand Nagar, Machillian, Naghbani and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 23 from 7 am to 11 am.
Similarly, for augmentation of Receiving Station Rangoor, the shutdown of 33KV Ramgarh-Rangoor line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Ramgarh, Rangoor and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.
Likewise, carry out the preventive maintenance alongwith rectification of hot spots to maintain smooth power supply, the shutdown of 132 KV CSTL between Ramban-Thather section is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to the areas being fed from 132/33 KV Grid Station Thather will remain affected on August 22 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, for erection of 66KV circuit breaker of Hatli Village feeder at Grid Station Kathua, the shutdown of 66KVfeeder Hatli Village is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Hatli Village feeder, IED Center and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 23 from 8 am to 2 pm.
