Jammu, Aug 24: National Balmiki Sena on Monday termed elected Panch and Sarpanch of Jammu and Kashmir as real heroes of the Union Territory, who braving gun and stand firm to save democracy.
Speaking to media, National Chairman of Balmiki Sena Raju Chandel said that panchyat election in Jammu and Kashmir is more than political election and different from other election in India. He said despite the threat of gun Panch Sarpanches hold the flag of democracy very high.
This honor is given to the establishment of Panch Sarpanch from time to time in India. The ancient belief is coming in the village town, following the same today, Panch Sarpanchs are held in different village towns of the country even today.
In Jammu and Kashmir and different states of the country from time to time, the terrorists and Naxals keep threatening the elected members , who have been holding these positions. Blood is being unnecessarily shed, which is a matter of great concern. |
