| ARTO holds public meet at Bhunzwah | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Sept 5: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kishtwar Kuldeep Singh today visited Bhunzwah and held a meeting with the general public regarding the time schedule of Buses, Mini Buses for various routes in the area.
The locals inform ARTO Kishtwar about the time management and schedule of buses that ply from Kishtwar to Patnazi, Kishtwar to Nali Binoon, Doda to Binoon and accordingly from Thathri to Bhunzwah. They also laid stress for pressing for more vehicles in the area so that local people could not feel difficulties in terms of non availability of the transportation.
Some people also raise the issue of fixing fares on various routes and complain about exorbitant rates charged by some transporters.
ARTO Kishtwar informs the people that the schedule will be maintained as per the decision taken during detailed discussion with the public and also with concerned authorities and Transporters. He appealed Transporters to strictly adhere the timing schedule and fare charges and warn that violators will be dealt with iron hands beside also advice the people to follow SoPs for COVID 19 and laid stress for using of masks & proper use of sanitisers to prevent the spread of deadly CoronaVirus. |
