Teacher nabbed for pasting threatening posters of Lashkar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 29: Notwithstanding tall claims of the authorities, teachers and other employees have been working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs) in different parts of J&K. As per reports, police have arrested a school teacher in Pulwama district of South Kashmir for allegedly involving in threatening locals by pasting threat posters in Kakapora area. According to report of a news agency, police received a complaint from locals of posters on behalf of Lashker-I-Islam were found pasted in Gundipora Kakapora area of Pulwama in which threats were given to the local people. “The posters give threat message to youth including girl students besides, their involvement in adultery/prostitution and informers of security forces. The posters thereby created fear psychosis among the general public especially those who have been given life threat.”, reports said. A case FIR No. 69/2020 under relevant sections of law was registered at Police Station Kakapora and investigation was initiated. During the course of investigation, police identified the suspect involved in the crime. He has been identified as Muzamil Ahmad Dar resident of Gundibagh Kakapora. He has been arrested and shifted to a police station where he remains in custody. |
