| NDS organises e-Geet Goshti | | |

Jammu, Oct 3: A special multi-lingual “e-Geet Goshti” was organized by Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) which was presided over by Dr Adarsh Malhotra a known poet and lyricist. The programme was coordinated by Capt Lalit Sharma Convener NDS and was ably compered by Yash Pal Yash General Secretary NDS. Both of them offered their comments on each lyric presented by participating poets in the firm of audios and videos on NDS Watts app group. Advocate Harish Kaila President NDS said that the Geets reflect our sentiments, strengthen social relationships, glorify our festivals and up hold our rich traditions.
Dr Adarsh Malhotra in his concluding presidential address while commenting on each lyric presented said that we saw today a rivulet of emotions, feelings, sentiments, love and optimism over flowing in the shape of colourful lyrics enchanting hope and joy in magnificent rhythm. He described the geet goshtti as an historical event especially in prevalent gloomy environment of pandemic. |
