Jammu, Oct 4: An urgent meeting of Jagti Migrant Welfare Committee (JMWC) was held at Jagti Nagrota.
The meeting was held under the President ship of P.L. Pandita the members partisipated through Google meet are Vijay koul, Dilip ji,Shuban Raina,Rajender koal, sunil raina, Ratenji, Vinod Koul and Balkrishen koul to discuss the implication of misinformation campaign regarding the antigens tests which forced administration and heath department to stop the testing in Jagti colony putting entire people in living in colony to life threatening disease like Covid 19.
“The only agenda of the anti social elements to convert the entire colony in to the grave yard. These people try to checkmate every positive step of administration and heath department to save the people of colony from Covid 19”, the members said.
To educate the people regarding the tests all the information the tests was share among the members and all the members were advised to educate the people regarding these test plus the necessity of mask, social distancing and hand hygiene .With COVID-19 diagnostic testing, people who test positive can get care earlier. Contacts can be traced and self-isolation or quarantine started sooner to help stop the spread of the virus. But no COVID-19 test is 100% accurate. It’s possible to test negative yet actually be infected (false-negative result). So it’s vital to continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines, they said.
