Jammu, Oct 4: Police claimed to have arrested a person and destroyed about 50/60 litres of lahan with the recovery of five litres desi illicit liquor at village Surara in the jurisdiction of PS Ghagwal. The accused person was identified as Tek Raj son of Sadhu Ram resident of Surara, Ghagwal , who has been arrested on spot.
In this connection, a case FIR No. 111/2020 U/S 48 (e) Excise Act stands registered at PS Ghagwal and investigation taken up. |
