JAMMU, Oct 18: In continuation with the celebrations of the 151st birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a Plantation Drive was conducted in the premises of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Allah.
Besides the staff, Sarpanch Panchyat Halqa Allah Kamlesh Kumari, Naib Sarpanch Deveshwar Mohan, Panch Tilak Raj and others participated in the activity. The main point of attraction was the inauguration of the Botanical Garden where a number of medicinal and herbal plants were planted by the guests, staff and students of this institution.
Principal Nand Kishor presented the vote of thanks to the guests after explaining the usage and importance of different plants. |
