| DDC reviews stock, supply position of essential commodities at Bhaderwah | | |  Early Times Report
DODA, Nov 16: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today chaired a meeting to review the arrangements put in place for winters in the Sub district Bhaderwah.
During the meeting, he impressed upon the officers to remain available at headquarters for redressing the public grievances and for better coordination in dealing with snow clearance and other operations in the Sub district during the winter season.
The DDC sought inter-departmental coordination for effective response to any eventuality and asked the concerned departments to ensure prompt response and effective implementation of the snow clearness plan.
He also took stock position of ration and directed the concerned to ensure ample stocks of all the commodities. The PHE department was asked to ensure timely water supply to the households during the winters without any fail.
He also directed the PWD, PMGSY and BRO officials to keep their men and machinery ready for road opening operations and uninterrupted vehicular movement internal and adjoining roads of Bhaderwah in the event of snowfall.
