| Woman booked for obstructing cops from performing duty | | |

UDHAMPUR, Dec 14: Police have booked a woman for creating obstruction in performing its duty during the passage of cavalcade of Union Minister Samriti Irani.
Sources informed that the lady was in conversation with a load carrier driver after parking her car at roadside while traffic cops were busy in clearing the traffic so that the cavalcade of the Union Minister may pass smoothly.
When the woman was asked to get to a side from the middle of the road she started arguing with the cops who fined the lady for wrong parking and booked her under section 341, 353 of IPC .
However, the load carrier driver was also fined and booked while his load carrier bearing registration number JK14B-9188 had been seized. |
