 Jammu, Dec 16: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit leaders today met a poor rape victim and her family members living in a slum in Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu and ensure for every possible help including cost of Legal battle. Shiv Sena leaders have also appealed to the Women's Commission and social organizations to raise their voice to help this poor family and to give a severe punishment to the accused. After the arrest of the accused, several party leaders including party state president Manish Sahni and president women's wing Meenakshi Chhibber, met and encouraged the victim family while saying that , they are stood with the family to ensured to get the accused strongest legal punishment. Sahni said that as per the information being received from the victim family.
, they are being intimidated by the family members of the accused. Sahni said in a warning tone that the Shiv Sena is standing with the victim and should take any thoughtful steps to put any pressure on the victim or her family members. On this occasion Gen. Secretary Vikas Bakshi , Geeta Rani , Imple , Rajat Khiria Manya were present.
