Shiv Sena demands of protection cows | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 21: Leaders of Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit reiterated their determination for protection of cow and demanded to open government aided gaushalas in every district of Jammu and Kashmir. Today under the leadership of Party president UT , J&K Manish Sahni , dozens of Shiv Sanik’s participated. The 60th birth festival of swami Shri Dwarka Shastri ji maharaj and Gau Gopal mahayagya organized by Shri Dwarka Shastri Seva Trust at the holy samadhi site in Sauhajna. Shiv Sena leaders and Shri Gangadhar Ji Maharaj jointly aware the people on this serious issue and awake the government with the demand of grand gaushalas at the government level on every districts of J&k. Shiv Sena State President Manish Sahni, taking a pledge to protect cow from the stage, jointly appealed for efforts on a war footing. Sahni said that huge cow sheds should be built at the government level for cow protection in Jammu and Kashmir. He appealed to the Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir to open cow shelter and take appropriate steps to protect cows. Sahni said that many private gaushalas of Jammu are doing commendable work but are facing shortage of space and resources.
