JAMMU, Jan 14: A Remote Sensing and GIS Laboratory was inaugurated via video conferencing at Corporate Office of NHPC, India's premier hydropower company by AK Singh, CMD, NHPC in presence of all directors and senior officers here today. Speaking on the occasion, AK Singh said that NHPC has always been committed to the use of modern technologies and this laboratory also shows our corporation's commitment towards environment and will enable NHPC to monitor and study the environment more effectively through satellite images.
