SRINAGAR, Jan 16: Alleging that new India is in the grip of a select few and crony capitalists, former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday said history will remember Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for standing against the present dictatorial regime.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba said Mr Gandhi is the only politician who dares to speak the truth.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, she said 'Ridicule Rahul Gandhi all you want but he's the only politician who dares to speak the truth. Its a fact that new India is in the grip of a select few & crony capitalists. History will remember him for standing upto the present dictatorial regime.' |
