Real Life versus Reel Life | | | Bergees
We all are living in a society where everyone wants to be perfect, but we all know that we all are having imperfections but we conceal them and portray in front of the world the lighter and brighter side of our lives. Do we really live the life that we depict on our social media? Are we really happy in our lives? Do we really help others in our real life too? Do we really travel for the inner peace? Do we all really have clear skin that we depict on our social media? The answer is absolutely no. We are misleading ourselves. We are not depicting our darker side. The life is all about ups and downs. We always post about our success but we never post about our failure. We always post our flawless picture but we never post our flawed picture. We always consume oily unhealthy food but we post the picture of eat well plate. We need to eradicate this turpitude behaviour of ourselves. If we are really happy in our real life only then we can have the peace of mind and soul. We should learn to live with our flaws. Our flaws make us strong. They shape us into a good human being. Every day, we try to compare ourselves with others. We try to imitate others just because we think that the glamorous life they are depicting in front of the world is far much better than the simple charismatic life we are living. The most depressed person depicts himself as the world’s happiest person on his social media but the world don’t know that this person is struggling each and everyday to attain mental peace. We don’t know what he is going through . We don’t know that he can’t have a peaceful sleep. What we know is his reel life. Let us stop comparing ourselves with others and try to live a charismatic life of our own. |
