JAMMU, Feb 27: On the eve of Magh Purnima distribution of religious books , calendar 2021-2022 vijeshwar panchang and pen drive release in a programme in which Jotshi Avtar was the chief guest . Among other dignitaries who spoke on the occasion included Ramesh Hangloo , President Pir Panchal , Bihari kak , Jk Kaul and Mahesh kaul.
