| JAMMU, Feb 28: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit has appealed to stop black marketing of construction materials and lift the ban on mining, to provide relief to the public and tractor trolley owners. Dozens of youths and women joined the party today at a function organized at the party's state office here today. President women wing Meenakshi Chhibber welcomed the new members with the Shiv Sena mark. Party President J&K, Manish Sahni, who was present on the occasion, expressed concern over the ban on mining and black marketing of gravel and sand. |
