KATHUA, Apr 10: Block Medical Officer Bani, Dr Balkari Lal who has been working Mission Mode in the far flung areas of his jurisdiction, has vowed to provide COVID-19 vaccine to one and all in the block. Keeping up with the direction of Director Health Services to ensure vaccination of each and every person, 250 citizens have already been vaccinated in Block Bani. 60 have been done in vaccinations in Sub Centre Siara, 60 in PHC Dhaggar, 80 in Sub Centre Bari, 30 in PHC Sandroon, 10 in Sub Centre Sitti and 10 in CHC Bani.
It is pertinent to mention here that Bani is the toughest area of District Kathua with most of the areas without road connectivity. Undoubtedly Dr Balkari Lal BMO Bani despite all the discrepancies deserves full appreciation for having taken the initiative to provide vaccine at every Sub Centre so that people get vaccinated and stay safe and secure from the deadly Corona virus. Dr Balkari Lal constituted a team of doctors, paramedical staff and Asha workers and commenced the work with full dedication. In-charges of zones took the responsibility of their respective zones to vaccinate the people at every Sub Centre. Dr Rameshwar Singh In-charge zone Koti Chandyar, Dr Ashok In-charge zone Sandroon and Dr Anchuk Basotra In-charge Zone Dhaggar along with RBSK Doctor Dr Sheetal, Dr Neeraj and Dr Rahul are playing a commendable role by working in a mission mode.
Dr Balkari Lal said that the doctors along with the paramedical staff S.K. Anand, Nitin, Tanvir, Hardev Singh, Ramneek, Manoj, Nisar Wani and other staff members are relentlessly working on ground to make the fight against corona virus successful.
