| HC directs respondents to appoint petitioners as GD Constable under ex-servicemen category | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 1: Justice Sanjeev Kumar of J&K High Court Jammu Wing allowed the petitions and directed respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner against the post of Constable (GD) that has fallen vacant due to non-availability/non-selection of the candidates under ex-servicemen category, the discrepancy noted by the respondents notwithstanding.
The court directed that a formal order of appointment of the petitioner be issued by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order is served upon the respondents. |
