6/2/2021 12:18:16 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 1: The J&K Jammu Aam Aadmi Party core committee members, under its convener, Om Parkash Khajuria, held a press conference to deliberate on the row over Tawi Mineral Scam which has been exposed by Sr. BJP leader, Ex. MLC and President Crusher Union- Vikram Randhawa through a press conference held here alleging blatant loot of the Sand ,Bajri, Stones etc has been running here under a well-knit plan here under the patronage of District Mining officer and other top brass of administration in the UT and that the scam has its roots in PMO namely Jitendra Singh, MOS. government of India.
During the deliberations, the AAP- leaders alleged that since the public property drainage ran over the years during which the prices of sand, Bajri and stones etc surged to all time high and the booty was distributed among the top high ups running into several hundred crores and the needle of suspicion directly points to PMO Minister of State Jitendra Singh, as alleged by BJP Ex. MLC Vikram Randhawah, whole matter needs be thoroughly investigated through a sitting or retired Justice of Supreme Court/High Court , they demanded. Ridiculing the statement of PM, Narinder Modi- “Na Khaon gaa, na Khane Doonga” the AAP leaders contested that if at all some morality is left in the BJP leadership at top level, they should first seek resignation of Jitendra Singh, MoS in PMO before ordering detailed impartial inquiring so that ,without getting influenced, truth must come to surface, they demanded.
