| Sahara Jagrati Manch distributes free turmeric seeds in Rajouri | | |  Early Times Report
Rajouri, June 1: Agriculture department Rajouri in collaboration with Sahara Jagrati Manch (NGO) today distributed organic turmeric seeds among the women farmers under project dakshiyani. Poly bags and medicines were also distributed among the beneficiaries.
Sanjeev Kumar chief Sahara Jagrati Manch said that the crop production shall be purchased from the beneficiaries and shall be used for the medicinal purpose.
Chief Agriculture Officer, Mahesh Verma appreciated the initiative of the NGO and offered full support to the farmers. The government has also stated numerous schemes for the benefits of the farmers to increase their income, he added. |
