| National Lok Adalat to be held at Jammu Court Complex on July 10 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 26: It is to inform that National Lok Adalat is being held in District Court Complex Jammu and other Courts falling under the jurisdiction of Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu, on July 10, 2021.
All the interested Advocates / Litigants who want the settlement of their cases in the Lok adalat shall approach the concerned Courts.
It is further notified that different nature of cases shall also be taken up for settlement at Pre-Litigation Stage and also in Lok Adalat on July 10, 2021. The Pre-Lok Adalats sessions shall commence from 1-7-2021 onwards.
The Lok Adalat will take up Pre-Litigation, NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; Labour and Employment dispute cases; Electricity and Water bills and other bill payment cases (excluding non-compoundable), Maintenance Cases; Other (Criminal Compoundable and other Civil disputes).
It will also hear the pending criminal Compoundable Offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, Money Recovery cases, Labour and Employment dispute cases, Electricity and Water bills and other bill payment cases (excluding non-compoundable) Matrimonial dispute (except Divorce), Land Acquisition cases (pending before civil courts/tribunals), Revenue cases (pending in District Courts) Other civil cases (such as rent, injunction suits, specific performance suits etc). |
