| GDC Ukhral organizes quiz competition on "stress management during covid 19" | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 10: Psychological Counceling Cell of Govt Degree College Ukhral today organized an online quiz competition on the theme "stress management during covid 19". The main aim of this quiz competition was to assess and examine the knowledge and information among students about the different stress management techniques which can work in this COVID-19 pandemics.
Large number of students participated in this competition. Ms. Asiya Ajaz of sem 1st, Zafar Runyal of semester 4th and Shalu Devi of semester 1st got the first, second and third postion respectively. Dr. Ranvijay Singh Principal of the college congratulated the meritorious students and advised all students to create and maintain a positive environment to beat the stress generated by this pandemics. The event was co-ordinated by Prof Zakir Hussain Convener Psychological Counseling Cell of the College. |
