| GZSM Degree College Reasi organizes essay writing competition | | |

REASI, July 10: An essay writing competition was organized on the theme "Unity in Diversity" in General Zorawar Singh Memorial (GZSM) Degree College Reasi. This event was organized under the banner of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" initiative.
The term "Unity in diversity" signifies the unity between people with different cultural, religious faiths, social status and other demographic variations. In today's time, this concept is of utmost importance. The event was organized with this theme so as to teach the students the importance of unity.
First prize was won by Shavita Devi of Sem 6th, second by Varun khajuria of Sem 4th, third prize was shared by Aman Sharma of 4th sem and Mohan Singh of 2nd Sem. Ashutosh Sharma of 4th Sem was given consolation prize.
The event was organized by Prof. Sunil Magotra, NCC officer, Prof. Bishan Dass, Convenor of career counseling cell and Dr. Anu Sharma, NCC officer (girls). Whole event was organised under the noble guidance of Dr. Chander Shekhar Gupta, Principal of GGZSM College Reasi. |
